ARTICLE 1
Anyone attending West Coast Weekender must review these regulations and accept and comply with the conditions. If any of the terms of these general conditions are not followed, access to West Coast Weekender will be denied/ refused without refunding the entrance fee. No Exceptions.

ARTICLE 2
On arrival at West Coast Weekender every single attendee must be in possession of a valid Event Pass or a special admission ticket, which is issued by the organizer. One Event Pass is required per person and is only valid on the day or days of the event for which you have purchased a ticket or the day(s) indicated by the organizers. You must have your Event Pass with you at all times. West Coast Weekender does not and cannot control the content or accuracy of information available through hyperlinks on its homepage to other Web Sites. The Company is not a publisher of content posted by third-parties on linked sites. The Company exercises no editorial control over, and accordingly accepts no liability for any information posted on linked sites. The products and services advertised on the West Coast Weekender’s website (the “Site”) may be provided by third-party vendors, and are expected to change from time to time. The West Coast Weekender accepts no responsibility for any such changes, which may include errors or omissions of prices. For West Coast Weekender Pass Holders, the pass is valid only on official WCW dates. At the available check-in desks, you will receive your pass according to the category purchased. For Identification purposes you must provide a valid government issued ID. If you do not meet the minimum Age requirement (21) to gain to Access to West Coast Weekender you will not be admitted and forfeit the purchase price in full.

THERE ARE NO TICKET REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.

The minimum age for entry to the festival is 21. We operate a strict entrance policy and anybody not of age will not be permitted entry, even if accompanied by an adult. Due to security reasons re-entry will be limited. If you leave a West Coast Weekender event site, you may not be able to re-enter. This refers to all day passes and night time events.

Anyone caught forging entry tickets or any other special admission in order to access the events will be prosecuted without exception. All ticket holders, or those issued special admission by the organizer, enters the event at his or her own risk releasing the organizer from any liability, including theft and accidents. The entry pass is neither exchangeable nor refundable by the organization. In case of loss or theft this will not be refunded or replaced.

ARTICLE 3
The organizer and/or the official ticket vendor reserve the right to check the identity of all those who attend the event. You must be able to provide valid ID if requested by a member of security or crew. If you are not able to show a valid ID, access can be denied without the right to refund the entrance fee. A valid ID is an international identity card, a valid driver license or passport. Copies will NOT be accepted. The surveillance law is applicable here.

ARTICLE 4
Access to West Coast Weekender is prohibited or refused to people who:
Are clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulant; Have been banned from events before, imposed by either the organizer or the administrative or legal authorities; Are believed to show intent to disturb peace or to provoke such a thing by inciting assault, hatred, rage, etc.; Resist the control and non-systematic search by the festival’s security guards and security services; Refuse to declare objects that are considered to be dangerous or off-limits by security services; In any way act in violation of the provisions of one or more articles of these internal regulations.

ARTICLE 5
The security guards can ask all ticket holders, or those issued special admission, of the same sex to voluntarily submit themselves to a superficial inspection of clothing and luggage, in order to detect objects that may disrupt the course of the event or the safety of other event goers. The security guards reserve the right to confiscate these objects and hand them over to local authorities.

ARTICLE 6
It is forbidden for all ticket holders, or those issued special admission, presenting themselves at the entrance to bring, have somebody else bring or be in possession of the following objects: Own drinks or food, bottles, glasses, drugs or stimulants and the like. People who require nutrients or medication for medical reasons (e.g. diabetes) must be in possession of a medical certificate. Deodorant or perfume in big bottles or sprays (cosmetics which are a normal shape and size are allowed -max size 50ml). Any apparatus (umbrella, sunshade, tripod for (video) camera, cane, selfie sticks, drones) considered dangerous by the security services to other event goers may be refused.
NO Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gaseous form.
NO Inflammable products or materials and sprays.
NO Pyrotechnical objects such as Bengal lights etc.
NO weapons or dangerous, sharp or bruising objects, which could be used in such a way (sticks, chains, stabbing or thrust weapons and the like). NO item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd and/or inflict damage to people and goods is prohibited.
Making fire is prohibited.
Every person who enters the event sites agrees to comply with the general conditions. – Access to the event will be denied to anyone who does not follow these rules.
NO Animals are allowed on the event grounds or event sites, with the exception of Service Animals

+ Water in a sprayer

ARTICLE 7
It is strictly forbidden for ticket holders, or those issued special admission to:
Try to access restricted sections or to be in sections of the site which are restricted, in accordance to their entry ticket or special admission, such as production rooms, artists’ zone, neutral and VIP zones, press rooms, offices, backstage etc.
Smoke in the non-smoking areas.
Urinate in public.
Sell food or any other product without the express written consent of the organizer.

ARTICLE 8
Texts, symbols, images, gestures and obscene language inciting racism, provocation and discrimination are forbidden at all locations.

ARTICLE 9
For security or safety reasons West Coast Weekender reserves the right to:
Interrupt or stop the event.
Totally or partially vacate the site.
Deny access to the site regardless of the possession of a valid entry ticket.
The organizer may be forced to alter the program or the timetable of the event.
In this case the entry ticket remains valid and is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

ARTICLE 10
By attending the event every event pass or ticket-holder gives their express consent to the fact that he or she may be photographed and filmed. This includes any film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording. The organizer can use these pictures and footage to promote West Coast Weekender and all future events. Registering and storing these images by the police and/or organizer also takes place with the aim to ensure the security and safety of event-goers and the enforcement of and compliance with the safety regulations on all grounds. The processing of the images aims to prevent crimes and violations to these internal regulations and act as means to identify, track down and facilitate sanctioning the perpetrators. Pictures or movies made by event-goers on the site may not be used for commercial or public purposes, unless with written consent from the organizer. You will be filmed and photographed. By arriving at the West Coast Weekender you give the organization silent approval to multiply, exploit and broadcast these images/ photos.

ARTICLE 11
Collection points and receptacles for garbage and recycling on all event locations will be clearly indicated. Use these points to dump your garbage, cups and plates. Please use them at all times and stay green. The toilets during West Coast Weekender events are free to use. The toilets will also be cleaned regularly. It is forbidden to urinate out in the open.

ARTICLE 12
Only buy your tickets from the authorized sale channels, and affiliated sites.

THERE ARE NO TICKET REFUNDS OF ANY KIND. Be wary of forged passes and tickets. If the organization cannot not send you the e-ticket due to incorrect data, filled in during registration/ purchase, the costs will not be refunded. In case of loss or theft of your West Coast Weekender pass or ticket passes and tickets will not be refunded or replaced. Access to the event can be denied at all times by the organization or representatives of the organization.
Event passes or tickets cannot be resold. It’s only permitted to exchange tickets through the official channels. West Coast Weekender tickets that appear to have been resold will not be valid and will not grant the holder access to the event. Line-up changes are no grounds for a full or partial refund of a pass or ticket. Forgery of an event pass or ticket is liable to prosecution.
Tickets purchased in a fraudulent manner will be canceled immediately upon discovery at any time before and during the festival dates.

ARTICLE 13
Attendees are not allowed to distribute flyers or posters during the West Coast Weekender events, nor on the street at or surrounding the festival venues, or near the event venues during festival dates.

ARTICLE 14
Zero Tolerance drugs policy. West Coast Weekender operates a zero tolerance policy regarding drugs. It is forbidden to use, deal and/or to be in possession of drugs on all event grounds. If you are caught using and/or dealing drugs or if you are found in possession of drugs, you will be forced to leave the premises. Organizers and security will maintain vigilant to ensure sure that all attendees adhere to this rule. If attendees require prescribed medication due to health problems, attendees must be in possession of a valid medical certificate and prescription made out to the individual taking the medication. Organizers can allow only these specific medications if a valid medical certificate is presented at the entrance of the venue. Everyone must follow the law and instructions from security and crew at all times. If an attendee is considered to display suspicious behavior or acts are in suspicion security will be allowed to search; Refusal to search is grounds for immediate removal from venue and denial for reentry. No refunds will be given.

ARTICLE 15

Loss or damage. The organizers of West Coast Weekender cannot be held accountable for damage, loss or theft nor for any other accident. IF ANY OF THE TERMS OF THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED ACCESS WILL BE DENIED/ REFUSED WITHOUT REFUNDING THE ENTRANCE FEE. WHEN ACCESS IS DENIED/ REFUSED ATTENDEE MUST LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY! IF RAIN OR SHINE SHOW GOES ON. NO REFUND FOR TICKETS AT ANY TIME. NO TICKETS WILL BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN.

Please know that by visiting this site and with every ticket purchase, all Ticket holders HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all promoters, organizers, participants, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, any organizers, rescue personnel, employees of promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners, event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, and consultants who have given recommendations, directions, or instructions, from any and ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS DUE TO ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PERSONS OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. Ticket holder HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related activities to the EVENT.
